Identity Verification Terms
Version 2026-10-13.v2
1. Verification request
EdgeAlphix LLC uses Didit to perform government-document verification, liveness, face matching and repeat-application detection for Cloud Nations. These Terms apply with the Platform and relevant product terms. Start a check only for your own identity or, in an authorized KYB workflow, the specified representative. Use genuine, current documents and accurate information.
2. Information and biometric processing
Verification may collect document information and images, a facial portrait, liveness recordings, biometric comparison information and device or session data. Didit processes the hosted verification. The check compares the submitted person and document and evaluates duplicate or same-person evidence; additional information or review may be requested.
By affirmatively accepting these Terms and starting the check, you authorize the described verification processing to the extent consent is the applicable basis. Didit's separate verification terms and privacy notice explain its processing. If you do not proceed, a number or verified credential cannot be issued or updated through that check. Contact support for questions or applicable privacy rights.
3. Retention and separation
The configured provider retention is five years for verification records and up to 1,825 days for face templates used to identify repeat applications. Cloud Nations stores necessary results, provider references, protected identity details and encrypted duplicate-check indexes. Raw government-document images and liveness recordings remain with Didit rather than Cloud Nations application storage.
Cloud Nations retains a verified portrait for the Digital Resident ID only when you select that option. A profile avatar is separate. Permanent number reservation, payment and audit records are retained independently where needed to operate the one-person rule, resolve transactions or meet legal obligations. Provider deletion and account closure are separate requests; contact support to coordinate an applicable request.
4. Decisions, retries and updates
Verification success alone does not override payment, adult eligibility, duplicate checks or organization representative requirements. A browser return or screenshot is not an approval. A technical failure or request for information may be resumed under the same application.
An identity update must match the original holder. Inconclusive or conflicting evidence does not replace the existing identity. Date-of-birth differences are held for support review. Do not submit another person's document or bypass a review by creating a new account. You may contact support with the application or update reference to request review of a result.
5. Security and contact
Use the verification service presented in your account. Do not email raw documents, liveness recordings, passwords or verification codes to support. Contact [email protected] for a verification question, correction request or privacy inquiry. These Terms do not waive applicable privacy, biometric or consumer rights.
